With its winning combination of exercise and social interaction - golf is the perfect game from age 8 to 80. The unique handicap system means everybody can play together, either socially or competitively.

Played out in the open air, at a driving range or at one of the many golf facilities across the country, however you play, we want you to feel the benefits of the game.

EDGA focuses on boosting awareness of the inclusive nature of golf, developing capacity within the golf industry, and providing opportunities for golfers with a disability throughout the player pathway.

The Golf Trust was set up to bring people together through golf. The Golf Trust’s work has brought the benefits of golf to thousands of people and helped to make golf an accessible sport for all.  We can harness the power of golf as a driver of social mobility and change. The impact of our work goes beyond what happens on the golf course; Golf has the power to bring together homes, families and communities. We are passionate about using golf to inspire and empower the people we work with to lead happier and healthier lives. Our specialism is adapting the golf activity to suit the needs of the community. Golf is the one of very few sports where four generations of a family can take part together.

The Handigolf foundation has been setup as a registered charity that operates as a nationwide golfing society to promote the game for disabled players. Full size golf courses are used and play is under modification of the rules of golf for golfers with disabilities, approved by the R&A
